By Train

Lydd Airport is situated 22km south of Ashford in Kent. Visitors traveling by train should travel to the airport by rail to Ashford International Station and then take either a bus or taxi for the last section of the journey. By Bus

Regular local bus services are operated by Stagecoach East Kent. The Bus services from Folkestone stops at the end of our approach road.

By Car

Exit the M20 at Junction 10 and join the A2070 southbound. The airport is well sign posted from this road. Take the A2070 to Brenzett, from there take the A259 to Romney Marsh and finally the B2075to Lydd and the airport.

From the Motorway (M20 / J10) to Lydd Airport is approximately 20 minutes and from London approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Apart from the A2070, the other major road in the area is the coastal A259, which runs between Folkestone and Hastings, going on to Eastbourne, Brighton and beyond, passing close to Lydd Airport.

Lydd airport has a car park located adjacent to the Terminal Building, including Disabled and Coach parking. Day parking is free of charge and long stay parking is only £5 per night, payment to be made at the Customer Services desk on arrival.
